Our gate is "FREE ENTRY" from 6:00AM until 6:00PM DAILY.

Need WiFi at the gate? Make sure your WiFi Calling is ON and while at gate connect to Reserve and use Password thereserve once connected this should automatically connect when you approach the gate and improve the service area for the shortcut vocal command feature as well as standard use of the app or your mobile at the gate.
Recent Improvements
- New Landscaping and lighting at entrance and both islands in phase three (Hastings West) including new irrigation
- Stone walls, fire pits and culverts repairs
- Gate and columns pressure washed and gates painted
- Both bridges rebuilt with better quality materials
- New sidewalks around several island areas to improve function of streets for cars and pedestrians
- Culvert clean up
- Dead tree removal and tree trimming
- New Entry System
- Speed cushion added and marked to correct big dip in road
- All sidewalks pressure washed
- New signs at gate and new speed limits signs throughout
- Two new cameras added at entrance
Neighborhood Updates
- Landscaping - ProScapes Landscaping is working to ensure all the neighborhood common spaces are well manicured.
- Entry - We hope everyone is loving the new entry system. New gate remotes are available for purchase if needed ($40).
Upcoming
We hope to get new street signs and have all sign posts and light posts pressure washed and painted. Also, if there are some posts that are crooked, we will have those reset. We continue to work towards more neighborhood enhancements so stay tuned!
